Shipping Policy

Postage quotes for all orders does not include insurance for loss or damage. Should you require insurance, please phone the shop for a quote.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If an item is either not in stock or special order, it will be shipped when we receive it from our supplier

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• Royal Mail
• Parcelforce

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the value of your order, and your location according to the following:

• Orders up to £20.00 shipping cost of £4.00
• Orders between £20.00 - £50.00 shipping cost of £6.00
• Orders between £50.00 - £100.00 shipping cost of £10.00
• Orders between £100.00 - £300.00 shipping cost of £15.00
• Orders over £300.00 - free shipping

International postage : By arrangement, please use our contact page to place your order and we will get in touch about shipping costs.

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
